Heads up when you arrive!

Keep in mind that on changeover day, nearly 25,000 people will be arriving in the city, and we need to settle everyone into their accommodations within just a few hours. So, please be patient and make sure to follow the rules to help everyone get to their rooms as quickly as possible!

Check-in is a bit different this year: the process varies at almost every accommodation. That’s why it’s super important to carefully read through the info below and make sure you’re lining up at the right place. This will save you (and us 😉) a lot of time!

GENERAL RULES FOR THE BUILDINGS:

• For safety reasons, the elevators in the apartment buildings are turned off at night.
• In most apartment buildings, the room keys also open the storage unit assigned to your room.

PRIORITY CHECK-IN:

Passengers who purchase this service will receive detailed information in a separate email. Please note that priority check-in does not grant access before 5:00 PM!

This service is still available in limited numbers for €50!

The following rules also apply to guests staying in chalets, Chalet Mounier, Les Flocons, Belle Etoile, and Hotel Cote Brune.

DETAILED CHECK-IN PROCESS:

1. Upon arrival, the team leader will hand over the deposit for the room after presenting the voucher.
2. The team leader will receive the key.
3. The team can move into the room and check that everything is in order. If anything is missing or damaged, the team must report it to the Snowattack house manager (the house manager's name is displayed in every building). Otherwise, the deposit may be deducted for damages or missing items during check-out, which we cannot influence.
4. Ski passes and wristbands can be collected at a separate point, which varies by building.

Check-in is possible after 5:00 PM everywhere; unfortunately, we cannot get the keys earlier!
For individual arrivals after 8:00 PM, please notify us in advance, as some receptions close at that time.

Important for groups traveling home via airport transfer:
For these rooms, the deposit must be paid by card!

Les Clarines (CHECK-IN 1):

Check-in takes place at the Snowattack crew's desk at the accommodation's reception.

• Deposit: Payable in cash or by card (€800/apartment, €1000/apartment for 10-person rooms).
• Ski Pass and Wristband Collection: At the Les Clarines reception with the Snowattack crew between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Ski passes will only be handed out after a €5/ski pass deposit is paid.

L'Ours Blanc:

Check-in takes place at the accommodation's reception.

• Deposit: Payable in cash or by card (€600/apartment for 4- and 6-person apartments, €800/apartment for 8-person apartments).
• Ski Pass and Wristband Collection: At the L'Ours Blanc reception with the Snowattack crew between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Ski passes will only be handed out after a €5/ski pass deposit is paid.

Hotel Les Flocons:

Check-in takes place at the accommodation's reception.

• No deposit required.
• Ski Pass and Wristband Collection: At the Hotel Belambra Snowattack Ticket desk (main square) between 6:30 PM and 10:30 PM. Ski passes will only be handed out after a €5/ski pass deposit is paid.

Multi-Residence 1650 (CHECK-IN 2):

Check-in takes place at the Snowattack crew's desk at the central reception on the main square (until 8:00 PM).

• Deposit: Payable in cash or by card (€100/bed, also for empty beds).
• After check-in, team members must go to the specific building for their accommodation (max. 5-minute walk). The building names will be published with team names 2–3 days before check-in.
• Ski Pass and Wristband Collection: At the Hotel Belambra Snowattack Ticket desk (main square) between 6:30 PM and 10:30 PM. Ski passes will only be handed out after a €5/ski pass deposit is paid.

Residence Nemea Le Hameau:

Check-in takes place at the accommodation's reception.

• Deposit: Payable in cash or by card (€600/apartment for 4- and 6-person apartments, €800/apartment for 8-person apartments).
• Ski Pass and Wristband Collection: At the Nemea reception with the Snowattack crew between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Ski passes will only be handed out after a €5/ski pass deposit is paid.

Hotels and Chalets (CHECK-IN 3):

Hotel Cote Brune:

• Check-in takes place at the accommodation's reception. Alternatively, the Snowattack crew will hand over the package after arranging by phone and paying the ski pass deposit.
• No deposit required.
• Ski Pass and Wristband Collection: At the Hotel Belambra Snowattack Ticket desk (main square) between 6:30 PM and 10:30 PM. Ski passes will only be handed out after a €5/ski pass deposit is paid.

Hotel Les Flocons:

• Check-in takes place at the accommodation's reception.
• No deposit required.
• Ski Pass and Wristband Collection: At the Hotel Belambra Snowattack Ticket desk (main square) between 6:30 PM and 10:30 PM. Ski passes will only be handed out after a €5/ski pass deposit is paid.

Hotel Mounier:

• Check-in takes place at the accommodation's reception. Alternatively, the Snowattack crew will hand over the package after arranging by phone and paying the ski pass deposit.
• No deposit required.

Belle Etoile and Chalet Faverot:

• Check-in takes place at the accommodation's reception.
• No deposit required.
• Ski Pass and Wristband Collection: At the Hotel Belambra Snowattack Ticket desk (main square) between 6:30 PM and 10:30 PM. Ski passes will only be handed out after a €5/ski pass deposit is paid.

Chalets:

• A French contact number for arrival will be sent 1–2 days before departure.
• Deposit: Always payable by card (€1500/chalet).
• After arrival, the Snowattack crew will deliver the wristbands to the chalets based on a phone arrangement.
• (Check-in for Chalet Faverot takes place at the Belle Etoile Hotel.)
• Ski Pass and Wristband Collection: At the Hotel Belambra Snowattack Ticket desk (main square) between 6:30 PM and 10:30 PM. Ski passes will only be handed out after a €5/ski pass deposit is paid.

When unloading, please make sure that you don’t leave anything in the passenger area, as you won’t have access to it during the week!

The buses will be staged in a large parking lot outside Les 2 Alpes before entering the town.

Guides will keep you informed about whether your bus needs to wait. After unloading, buses must immediately return to the parking area at the entrance of the town to ensure there is enough space for the buses arriving later.

The guide will give each room leader an envelope in which the full deposit for the room must be placed. The deposit amount varies depending on the accommodation and must also be paid for empty beds. Room leaders will not receive the room key if the deposit is incomplete, meaning the room will have to wait until the full amount is collected.

Only the room leader is allowed to enter the check-in point; all other members must wait outside or unload the bus in the meantime.

At accommodations where bed linen was not included in the package price, the pre-ordered and pre-paid bed linens can be collected by the team leader at the check-in points until 8:00 PM. Renting bed linen on-site is not possible.
