Check-Out Process and Rules for Potential Damages
RETURN OF SKI PASSES
You can return your ski passes at the Hotel Belambra Snowattack Ticket Point, but only during the following time frame: Friday, January 31, 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM!
The ski pass deposit will only be refunded during this period.
CHECK OUT
Early Check-Out:
If you plan to check out early, please notify your check-in point upon arrival. Without prior notice, the French staff will not inspect your room or refund your deposit, even if you leave early.
Expected Check-Out Process for Car and Bus Passengers:
Check-out will follow a predetermined order, which will be posted at the check-in points and at the entrances of buildings on Friday morning.
The order is determined by building blocks and floors, and deviations from the schedule are not allowed.
Check-Out Duration: Saturday, February 1, 2025: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM
If the room is not ready for handover at the time specified in the check-out schedule, the French staff will deduct the entire deposit and will not return to inspect the room.
THE DEPOSIT COLLECTION PROCESS
During the inspection of each apartment, a designated member of the French staff and one resident of the apartment must be present. The inspection will check for any damages and ensure the cleanliness of the rooms.
If the apartment is in order and no deductions are required, the French staff member will issue a voucher to the apartment leader. This voucher must be presented at the check-in point to collect the deposit. In case of deductions, the payable amount will be noted on the voucher, and the remaining deposit will be refunded at the reception after the deduction. Only team leaders are allowed to enter the check-in point.
The French staff will only accept apartments that meet the following criteria:
- Free of luggage and personal items
- Beds stripped of linens (linens must be returned to the reception!)
- Free of trash (including packaging, bags, food leftovers, etc.). Trash must be taken to the recycling bins, not left in hallways!
- Floors swept and mopped, refrigerator and oven cleaned, stovetop wiped down
- Dishwasher emptied and cleaned, kitchenware put back into cabinets clean
- Furniture, inventory items, and accessories intact and complete
- Keys returned in the correct quantity as received
Once the apartments are handed over, access to the rooms will no longer be allowed. The travel agency is not responsible for any belongings left behind.
The deposit is managed by the French accommodation providers, not Snowattack staff.
Passengers with airport transfers will receive detailed check-out instructions by Thursday evening.
