In hotels, there is no cleaning at all:

For apartments and chalets, it means basic cleaning, vacuuming, mopping and disinfecting. For these, the final cleaning does not include: 

• kitchen cleaning: cleaning food waste from the kitchen counter, washing microwave, oven, dishes, unloading dishwasher, putting dishes away in cupboards, emptying bins, cleaning fridge
• cleaning the bathroom: wiping the mirror, removing stains from the hand basin
• cleaning the laundry, washing dishes, washing dishes 

Please leave the apartments in a cultivated state so that we can have them again next year!

For these accommodations, rooms must be handed over fully cleaned, which means: 

stripping and return of bed linen

collecting and removing rubbish

sweeping and mopping up

cleaning the washroom and toilet (wiping the mirror, removing stains from the hand basin)

removing food residues left on the stove and dishwasher

cleaning the kitchen: cleaning food from the kitchen counter, washing the microwave, oven, dishes, unloading the dishwasher, putting dishes away in the cupboard, emptying the bins, cleaning the fridge

On moving in it is possible to request a final cleaning at an extra cost.

If the apartments are handed over in poor condition, the deposit may be reduced by 100-500€, according to the rules of the accommodation.
