Modification

We can accept any kind of change request (name change, data change, cancellation, change of rosters) only in justified cases, until 21 January 2025 (Tuesday), 17.00, against a change fee (20 euro).

Voucher

You will find the voucher in the attachment of the e-mail you received from us, where you can see what services you have requested! Save it to your phone, no need to print it, protect the trees! It is important that you must have the voucher to receive your accommodation, ski pass and any extra services booked (you can download it from your booking at any time). If you have not received a voucher, please let our customer service know (it is not sent for unpaid bookings).

Travel Documents

Always check what documents are required for entry as a foreign national. Check that you have accident, sickness and baggage insurance.

Luggage Restriction For Bus Passengers

Considering that the buses will be filled to the maximum, we ask everyone NOT to exceed the allowed package weight and piece weight! For details, please see "bus travel".

Belongings

Please take extra care of your valuables, and always lock the room doors and the storage room. Pay particular attention to confusion on departure and arrival. Never leave your luggage unattended. Neither the region nor the travel agency can accept any responsibility for valuables left unattended (especially ski and snowboard equipment left on balconies or in corridors).

Internet on site

Some houses have free wifi, others (but not all houses!) have paid internet at the reception, at a cost of €25-40 per week (works from 1 IP address). 

We recommend that you switch to an increased data plan with your own mobile provider for the duration of Snowattack, as there are not as many wifi boxes available as there are rooms in the accommodation.

During the week, all important information will be communicated in the Snowattack official Whatsapp group. It is important to join the group as soon as possible 🔔

Do not leave at home

Identity card, bank card, insurance policy number, euro cash, cleaning products (depending on accommodation), dishwasher tablets (depending on accommodation), toilet paper (depending on accommodation), towels (depending on accommodation), bathing suit/swimsuit, bed linen (if not included in your package or not requested separately). 

Information about the check in

If it does not come with your accommodation or you have not requested a bed linen cover from us, make sure you bring one with you! Renting on the spot will no longer be possible! The following accommodation does not include free bed linen and towels: Multi-Residence.

In France, 1 large blanket is provided for double beds (sheets and blankets are also provided). 

The deposit is usually €100 per bed (depends on the accommodation - you can check when you book), which is also payable for an empty bed! The deposit can be paid in cash or by credit card (the amount is blocked - this can take up to 30-40 working days to be released!) 

For chalets: €1,500 per chalet (may vary in some cases, which you can check in your booking), payable by credit card only (subject to a blocking fee). 

Ski passes are subject to a €5/card redemption fee. The card is redeemable, on the last day (31 January 2024) at the Belambra "Snowattack wristband and ski pass exchange" in the Main Square, between 2 PM and 7 PM. We will not be able to exchange your ski pass earlier or later!

Be sure to take a photo of the ski pass you have received, if you have a small piece of paper with it, because in case of loss you can request a new ski pass by presenting it.

The local service charge included in your booking already includes the IFA, so you do not have to pay it on the spot. 

Deposit per house:

  • Les Clarines: 800 €/apartment for apartments for 4, 6 and 8 persons, 1000 €/apartment for a reservation for 10 persons
  • Multi-Residence 1650: €100/bed (also payable for empty beds).
  • L'Ours Blanc: 100 €/bed (also payable for empty beds)
  • Residence Nemea: 100 €/bed (also payable for empty beds)
