GENERAL RULES OF THE APARTMENTS
In the section below, you will find the main (but not exhaustive) rules which, according to the French hostels' own rules, may lead to the deduction of individual and collective deposits. You can consult the detailed rules for each accommodation at the reception desk.
Smoking is forbidden in the apartments and in the buildings. A deposit of € 150 will be deducted!
It is forbidden to wear skis in the corridors of the apartment houses - especially watched by the French staff! 150€ will be deducted from the deposit!
Equipment must be stored in ski lockers. Please empty your rubbish several times during the week as the containers fill up at the end of the week. If rubbish is left in the corridor outside the apartment or in the apartment, the deposit will be reduced by €50 per bag.
No noise in the apartment houses between 22.00 and 08.00!
In case of more than one warning, the organisers reserve the right to confiscate music players during Snowattack, to cut off the wristband of the offenders and to call the police. In the latter case, the fine payable will be charged in full to the offending apartment.
Bins in the apartments MUST be emptied into the selective waste bins. Storing rubbish in the corridors in front of the doors is FORBIDDEN and will result in an immediate fine for the room in question, without any investigation of who put it there.
Please empty your dumpster on a daily basis, as the City's dumpsters cannot handle the amount of trash dumped at one time on the weekend.
The use of the wellness area is free of charge only where included in the package price.
The use of bed linen is REQUIRED! Please pull the covers up and down. It is compulsory to leave it at reception when you move out.
The following accommodation does not include a bed linen cover in the package price, so you will need to bring it with you. If you have requested earlier the bed linen through us, we can provide it for you.
During your stay, Les 2 Alpes staff can check the condition of your room. If any defects or damage are found, they will be reported to the organisers immediately and the damage will be reimbursed to the occupants (apartment/apartment/building).
Festival Travel's duly qualified and licensed Facilitators will ensure that the rules of conduct and safety are enforced in the area of the venues. By participating in the Event, the Visitor expressly agrees to cooperate to the fullest extent permitted by law with these Intermediaries and to follow their instructions in the event of an emergency or if other important circumstances (such as public health reasons) so warrant.
