Providers help with emergency problems, such as: 

• life threatening or suspected (unconscious)
• accident, injury, severe bleeding of any origin, poisoning
• severe pain or alarming symptoms (choking, difficulty breathing, acute allergic reaction, paralysis of limbs)
• behavioural disorder in which the patient endangers his/her own life or the lives of others 

Providers are prepared for emergency cases, which do not include colds, mild fever, cough, menstrual pains, transient diarrhoea. Please prepare yourself with the following medicines: 

• antipyretics (Algopyrin, Ibuprofen, Paracetamol),
• Cold medicine (Neo-Citran, Coldrex),
• Abdominal suppressant (Cralex, Bolus astringent, Imodium), as these are not available in the unit for emergency use or only in limited quantities. 

If you have any problems, please feel free to contact them, but please keep in mind that in order to be reimbursed by the insurance for any damage at home afterwards, it is absolutely necessary to have a paper/certificate from the French doctor. Neither our office nor the Hungarian medical team is authorised to issue this, so you can only obtain it on the spot from the French medical service.
