Travel by bus and individual travel
TRAVEL BY BUS
Due to the introduction of the National Weighing System in 2018, we ask everyone to respect the rules for the following packages!
Allowed baggage:
- 1 piece of luggage (43 x 27 x 61 cm = medium size) weighing up to 18 kg
- 1 piece of ski or snowboard equipment (no other equipment in the case, only sports equipment!)
- 1 pair of ski or snowboard boots
- 1 helmet
- 1 hand luggage (rucksack up to 5 kg)
The number of pieces of luggage allowed may not be exceeded under any circumstances, and a surcharge will be payable if the weight or size is exceeded.
The surcharge is €60.
Otherwise, the staff will refuse to carry the baggage.
This will be checked by our colleagues at the departure of the buses, so please arrive on time to check in!
Pets are not allowed on the buses!
Drinking alcohol is allowed during the journey, as long as it does not disturb the bus drivers and your fellow passengers!
Do not drink beer during the journey, as the bus has to keep to a tight schedule and cannot make any more stops! Restrooms on buses will be out of service and cannot be used.
Bus scheduling is based on room assignments, so everyone is required to ride the bus according to the bus schedule! In case of deviation, a surcharge of 50 € will be charged! Please note that the buses are running at full capacity, so the bus schedule is compulsory for all passengers!

Surcharges
Overweight baggage (over 18 kg!): 60 € or 24.000 Ft
Travelling by a bus other than in the schedule: 50 € or 20.000 Ft

The Malomudvar can only be entered on foot from Soroksári út, passengers arriving by car are kindly requested to stop at Lechner Ödön fasor, Tóth Kálmán street or Vágóhíd street for unloading!
Other important information
If you are boarding in the countryside, check that the bus timetable shows the boarding place and, if you have paid for a fixed seat, that it is indicated next to your name.
Stops will be at petrol stations next to the motorway. Your guide will phone you as soon as the bus has left to let you know your estimated time of arrival!

DVD/video/music: DVD players are available on the buses, feel free to bring movies and music!
Restrooms/WC: The bus stops every 3-4 hours for ~ 20 minutes. On-board toilets are not available.
Stopping in Briancon: Buses will only stop in the parking lot of the Carrefour shopping center in Briancon if your bus is still waiting when you board.
