Location: The base of the Snowattack Festival, which opened its doors in December 2021 to welcome guests arriving in Les Deux Alpes! A luxury complex with a spa area and modernly furnished apartments. It is located right next to the Super Venosc lift and close to the town center. The center of Les Deux Alpes is approximately a 10-minute walk away. The Umbrella Bar, the heart of the après-ski parties, is only 600 meters away.
Facilities: The complex, consisting of 155 luxury apartments, opened on December 21, 2021. The lobby features a reception desk with a fireplace and tasteful decor. The spa and wellness area includes a sauna and hammam, as well as heated indoor and outdoor pools. Various treatments and massage services are available for an additional fee. A ski storage room is available for each apartment. Private covered parking is available for €70/week, which can be requested and paid for at the reception. Fondue and raclette sets can also be rented at the reception.
Apartments: Apartments for 4, 6, 8, or 10 people are available.
Luxury apartments with modern, tasteful furnishings and free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided in all apartments. Single bed linens are available in limited quantities. The pull-out sofas in the dining areas are smaller than a standard double bed. Double beds come with one large shared blanket. Beds located in the entrance area are not in a separate room with a door.

Deposit: A deposit is required at check-in, which will be refunded if the apartment is returned undamaged. The deposit amount is €800 per apartment. It can be paid in cash or by credit card (release time: 30–40 days). Payment of the full deposit amount is a condition for receiving the apartment keys.
Final Cleaning: The accommodation price does not include final cleaning. If the apartment is not returned in an acceptable condition, the following cleaning fees will be charged and deducted from the deposit:

If the kitchen is not cleaned properly, an additional €100 will be deducted from the deposit.

Extra towels can be requested on site for €8 each.
Covered parking is available for the entire stay for €70.
Check-Out Instructions: On the day of departure, bed linen (removed from the beds) and towels must be placed in the bags provided at reception. Garbage must be taken to the bins located in front of the residence.
Important: It is strictly forbidden to leave trash bags in the hallways at any time during the week. Violation of this rule may result in extra charges by the accommodation provider.
House Rules: Wearing ski or snowboard boots and smoking are strictly prohibited in common areas, at the reception, in hallways, and inside the apartments.
Leaving or storing ski/snowboard equipment in front of the apartments is also strictly forbidden and will result in a deduction from the deposit.
