Location: This accommodation is located a few minutes from the ski slopes, and one of the new ski lifts is also in the immediate vicinity. It is only 500 meters from the Umbrella Bar, the venue for après-ski parties.
Services: The free indoor heated pool is a favorite among guests of this three-star apartment building. The accommodation offers a sauna and steam bath, laundry service, and final cleaning for an additional fee. WIFI is available at the reception for an additional fee.

In each room, the kitchenette is located in the same space as the living room, where the sofa can be pulled out to accommodate 2 people. The bedroom has a double bed or two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and microwave oven. The bathroom and toilet are either in the same room or in a separate room. Some rooms have a terrace or balcony.

A deposit is required at the accommodation, which will be refunded if the room is left undamaged. The deposit is €100 per bed, with double beds and sofa beds counting as two beds each. It can be paid in cash or by credit card (release time 30-40 days). The room will only be handed over once the full deposit has been paid.
The price includes final cleaning (except for the kitchen). If the room is not left in a satisfactory condition, the deposit will be reduced.
It is important that you dispose of your trash in the containers located in front of the accommodation when you leave! No trash bags may be left in the hallways during the week, otherwise the accommodation provider will charge an extra fee!
It is strictly forbidden to wear ski/snowboard boots or smoke in the common areas, reception, corridors, and apartments! It is strictly forbidden to leave/store ski/snowboard equipment outside the apartments, and a deposit will be deducted in all cases!
