The two-lift apartment house offers 28 modernly furnished apartments, just 50 meters from the ski slopes.
The apartments range from 35 to 60 m², providing comfortable accommodation for 4, 6, or 8 guests.
Thanks to its ideal location, shops are nearby, the resort center is just a 5-minute walk away, and the free ski bus stop is also within close reach.

Facilities:
Each apartment features a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchenette (oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large refrigerator, extractor fan), TV, bathroom with shower, and a balcony or terrace.
A ski storage room is available for each apartment.
2-room apartment for 4 people (approx. 40 m²):
The bedroom has one double bed, and the living room features a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment also includes a kitchenette, dining area, balcony/terrace, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
3-room apartment for 6 people (approx. 35 m²):
One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has either a bunk bed or two single beds, and the living room features a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. Additionally, there is a kitchenette, dining area, balcony/terrace, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
4-room apartment for 8 people (approx. 58 m²):
Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third bedroom has either a bunk bed or two single beds. The living room includes a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment also features a kitchenette, dining area, balcony/terrace, and two bathrooms with showers and toilets.

A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded if the apartment is returned without any damages. The deposit amount is €100 per bed, payable by credit card only (release time: 30–40 days). The full deposit must be paid before check-in.
The price does not include bed linen and towels. Final cleaning is not included in the accommodation price.
If the apartment is not returned in proper condition, the following amounts will be deducted from the deposit:

If the kitchen is not cleaned properly, an additional €100 will be deducted from the deposit.
Please note that trash bags must not be placed in the hallways during the week. Otherwise, the accommodation provider will charge extra fees.
It is strictly forbidden to walk in ski or snowboard boots or to smoke in common areas, at the reception, in the hallways, or in the apartments.
Leaving or storing ski/snowboard equipment outside the apartments is also strictly prohibited and will always result in a deduction from the deposit.
